For our cozy appartment next to Amstel station, which has a very spacious living / dining room and beautiful patio with direct view of  the Amstel-river, we are looking for a male or female roommate between 25-35 years old. The Sublease is 6 weeks, from 10 January  till 26 February.
The appartement is situated near the vibrant Amstel Station, this sublease offers the perfect blend of city living and tranquillity. Easy access to the metro and trains (Amstelstation) and 10 minutes bikeride to the Pijp. If you want to have a drink, restaurant Weesper is walking distance.

Meet Your Roommate:
Mitchel is a 32 year old Dutch guy. He is respectful, clean, and social. You'll have great company during your stay! He likes to eat together, go to parties and do calisthenics/gym.
Important information:
· Price: €990/month including all utilities.
· Spacious 80m² apartment
· Generous 12m² bed-room (fully furnished)
