Fully furnished 14 m² room available in a stylish, recently renovated 80 m² apartment in Amsterdam Noord. Great location: 10 minutes’ walk to Metro 52 and only 5 minutes to Central Station. Boven ’t Y shopping center, supermarkets, MediaMarkt, parks and green areas are all within walking distance.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The living room and the balcony are not shared spaces. When I am at home, I use them as my personal space. When I am away, I don’t mind others using them.

About me: I’m 38, an interior designer, with a partner. I enjoy sports, cooking and playing guitar.

I’m looking for one tidy and respectful flatmate with a stable income. Maximum two days working from home. No smoking, drugs, parties, frequent guests or daily dating visits. Preferably someone who occasionally spends weekends with family or their partner, as I do, so we can both enjoy some personal space. LGBT-friendly.
