The house is located on Nobelweg, close to the Ringdijk, in a nice, quiet and pleasant neighborhood not far from the Amstel and Oosterpark – a great area for a short walk or a quick bike ride. The house has just been renovated, so everything is fresh and tidy.

Downstairs you’ll find a large living room with an open kitchen, plenty of space to relax, cook, or have people over. Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom, and there is also a rooftop terrace, which is especially nice when the weather is good.

You would be living here temporarily (approximately 3–4 months) and sharing the house with 1 Dutchie. He is 34, works for a pharmaceutical company from the US, and is social, sporty and easygoing.
