About the place

Room + adjacent space of 18m2 (entire top floor) available in Amsterdam Zuidoost. 5-10 minute walk from the metro station (takes you to Amsterdam centraal in 21 minutes). Bus stop is behind the house, ~30 second walk. 

What I offer:
- A furnished room in a clean, peaceful and organised home.
- Spacious living room + moderate size garden.
- A small room on the first floor which can be used for reading, hobbies, etc.
- Clean kitchen and bathroom which are shared. 
- You would share the house with Nima, my cat. He is well-behaved and does not go on the kitchen counter, tables etc. He has his own separate room on the first floor, with a door that denies his excess to the bathroom/bedrooms.

What I ask:
- A clean and considerate person, that communicates clearly.
- Ideally, a working young professional.
- LGBT-friendly (I am gay and I have a partner)
- If you are planning to have (groups of) people over very regularly, it is probably not a match. Partners are welcome to visit/stay of course, within reasonable boundaries (which we can discuss).

About myself, I am Dutch with mixed roots. I work in a company (work from home 2 days a week). I am a very active person, which means that I am out of the house often (work/teaching/hobbies/friends/traveling). Ideally looking for someone with a similar way of living (at least not home 7 days a week, all day).
