What do we offer

We offer one fully furnished room in a newly rebuilt apartment. Registration at the address is possible.

The available room is approximately 25 m² and has its own private facilities, including:
- Fully equipped luxury kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, etc.
- Private bathroom with shower and sink
- Living area with sofa, table and chairs
- Sleeping area with bed and wardrobe

The shared spaces are the hallway, a separate toilet located in the hallway, and a nice terrace where you can sit outside.

About the apartment
You will share the apartment with one other tenant who has their own private room and facilities. This setup offers a lot of privacy while still sharing a home.

Location
The apartment is located in Amsterdam New-West. Shops such as Aldi are around the corner and Osdorp Shopping Centre is only a 5-minute walk away. Here you will find many shops and supermarkets, including Albert Heijn XXL, Jumbo and Lidl.
The city centre can be reached within 30–35 minutes by bike or public transport.

Price
- Base rent: €1250 per month (excluding utilities)
- Furnishing: €50 per month
- Mandatory cleaning (once a month): €40 per month
- Utilities : €50 per month

Total monthly costs: €1390

Deposit: 2 months’ rent
No agency fees or extra costs.

The apartment has an A+ energy label, so energy costs are expected to be low. There is no gas, all facilities run on electricity.

- Lease runs until 30 September 2026
