The bathroom and toilet are shared with one other resident. Kitchen and living room are not included.
The apartment is located along the canal and is excellently connected to public transport.
The rent is €750 per month, including. A security deposit of €750 is required upon signing.
I am looking for a tidy, independent tenant. Please take note of the following house rules:
