Bright, peaceful and furnished room available in IJburg, Amsterdam

A bright, peaceful and furnished room is available in IJburg, Amsterdam, ideal for an (international) student. I am looking for a considerate and quiet housemate who is dedicated to their work or studies, respectful of others, tidy and mindful of shared living spaces.

The room measures approximately 3 x 3.5 metres and is also particularly suitable for music or art students. Private practice sessions are very welcome, as the neighbourhood is quiet and offers a peaceful environment with minimal noise disturbance.

The bathroom and toilet are shared with the landlord (M) and another housemate (F). The room has its own small cooking facilities, including an induction hob and a (small)refrigerator. Please note that there is no running water in the room.

Additional costs include heating, electricity, high-speed fibre-optic internet, water charges and municipal taxes.

The neighbourhood is quiet and well connected to the rest of the city. Amsterdam Central Station can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by public transport.

**Availability:** The room is currently available until 1 February, with the possibility of an extension.
