About the place

Bright, quiet, and furnished room available in IJburg, Amsterdam, ideal for an (international) student. We are looking for someone who is serious about work or study, respectful in their behavior, and considerate of others in the household.
The room is approximately 3 x 3 meters and is also well suited for students of music or the arts. Private practice is possible, as the area has minimal noise disturbance.
The bathroom and toilet are shared with the landlord (male, 63 years old) and another resident (female, 30 years old). The room includes a small private cooking facility (double induction cooktop and refrigerator). Please note: there is no running water in the room.
Additional costs: heating, electricity, fiber internet.

The neighborhood is quiet but well connected to the city – Central Station can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by public transport.
