About the place

Beautifully furnished room with an adjoining small living room of 6m². Everything has just been painted. TV cabinet, TV, and sofa in the adjoining area. The room itself has a BED and wardrobes for use.

This is a great deal. Better photos will follow, or you can come and view it. I still need to get the room(s) in order, but the earliest start date is 01-07-2026.

You are eligible if you can contribute to the household. I will be alone in the home on a few days for major maintenance. The property actually houses a B&B, and these guests cannot enter your section.
