About the place

Beautifully furnished room with everything you need. The room is in excellent condition. Because I'll be traveling more for work, I'm looking for one or two tenants to stay in the apartment while I'm away.

The apartment has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, ironing machine, everything for the kitchen... cupboards and 2 sinks in the shower.

IMPORTANT:
The apartment is my own, and I work on my business in the living room. I also trade stocks and host a show in the living room via live streaming. The living room is, of course, available for use, but visits are by arrangement.

I'm very serious about my businesses. I'm in the final year before selling the apartment and renting it out to tenants is a great job.

You are entrepreneurial, independent, and sociable. You're working or studying, and preferably have ambition or a goal you're working towards.

I live with my wife and children in another house and do stay overnight in the apartment, but only for work.
