The place stays comfortably warm (around 24°C) with floor heating, and each room has its own temperature control. There’s a fresh-air system (not cooling A/C) that circulates outside air, plus CO₂ monitors in each room to keep air quality good. The apartment is still quite empty at this moment — good opportunity if you want to bring your own things. Atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.
