About the place

Neat room with  bed (1.4 x 188 m), built -in wardrobe, and desk. You'll live within the Amsterdam ring road, but because you're on the water and surrounded by greenery, it feels almost rural. We share the modern, spacious kitchen/diner, bathroom, terraces, and garden. 
I'm looking for someone who is independent and responsible with the house and its belongings.
We'll regularly see each other in the shared kitchen/diner, so it's important that you click and enjoy having coffee or cooking together occasionally.

Besides myself (a woman, 57), there are two other female tenants living in the house (aged 35.

If you're interested, we'll schedule a Zoom meeting first, and then a viewing can follow.

PS: The room is currently rented out, so I cannot take a photo of it. It is approximately 11 m² and features a large window spanning the entire width of the room at water level (extending from 155 cm above the floor to the ceiling). The bedrooms are on the lower level, so they are partially below the water line.
