About the place

Neat room with a private sink, single bed, wardrobe, and desk. You'll live within the Amsterdam ring road, but because you're on the water and surrounded by greenery, it feels almost rural. We share the modern, spacious kitchen/diner, bathroom, terraces, and garden. 
I'm looking for someone who is independent and responsible with the house and its belongings.
We'll regularly see each other in the shared kitchen/diner, so it's important that you click and enjoy having coffee or cooking together occasionally.

Besides myself (a woman, 57), there are two other female tenants living in the house (aged 25 and 40).
