About the place

Hi! We are looking for a temporary subrenter to sublet my fully furnished bedroom inside an apartment in Amsterdam West, within walking distance of Bos & Lommerplein and Sloterdijk Station. I really love this place and would like to find a nice temporary person to live there. 

You'll share the living room and kitchen with a roommate from france. We are both finished with studying and working already. The reason I'm subrenting is because I'm spending a few months at a surf camp in Bloemendaal! That's why I'd prefer to rent the apartment to a woman, 25+, working or near the end of the masters degree. 

**Available:** August & September

* 700 per month, including electricity, furniture, internet, and all other utilities.
* €400 security deposit to cover any potential damage, such as repairs or replacement of the washing machine if necessary.

**The apartment includes:**

* Spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom
* Fully furnished bedroom
* Attic for storage and a shared front shed for bicycle storage
* Small garden with outdoor furniture and several houseplants
* Washing machine
* Fully equipped kitchen with cookware
