Hi all, I'm looking for a working flatmate for my lovely apartment on Maliebaan in Amsterdam. I’m 31 years old, work as an urban planner. I like bouldering, visiting museums, and have a passion for music. Here are the details:
Location: Just a 3-minute walk to Amstel Station. Frankendael Park and the Amstel River are just around the corner. Supermarket is a 3-minute walk away.
Room: Approximately 10 m²
Total apartment: 84 m², with a large living room of 30-40 m² and a cozy kitchen (including a dishwasher). Bathroom with both a bath and shower, storage space downstairs and upstairs, and a little balcony.
Rent: About €1000 inc. gwl.
Income requirement: gross income of €3400 (manditory!)
Minimum rental period: 1 year (october 2026, earlier possible in consultation)
