De Pijp is the most popular neighborhood in Amsterdam. You can reach anywhere you want to go within 10 minutes cycling. Albert Cruyp market, museum square , Heineken experience, Sarphatipark are all in walkable distance.The apartment is fully furnished so you can easily move in . 3 rooms share one bathroom, one toilet and the kitchen. There is an excellent queen size boxspring bed, build-in closet, wardrobe in the room. Besides that, the room has direct access to the sunny balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pans, water boiler, toaster, microwave/oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dish washer and a washmachine.
Rent : 1800 euro includes water/gas/electricity/ fast wifi internet,  registration possible.
Deposit equals one month rent.
The tenant should smoke no weeds, keep the apartment clean and no noise(the wall in Amsterdam buildings is thin). Note:
-two flatmates are male, one student and one has professional work. age 20 and 25
-No living room
-Rental period is preferably for long-term
