Hey! I am looking for a roommate in Amsterdam Noord

My name is Richard, I am 46 years old and I am from Spain. I moved to Amsterdam four years ago for work reasons. My roommate left today (Feb 9). So, I'm looking for someone new to move in!

The apartment is located in Amsterdam Noord, It is a quiet neighborhood next to: Noord Station (6 minutes walk), Winkelcentrum Boven 't Y (9 Minutes) with supermarkets (Jumbo, Lidl, Albert Heijn, Amazing Oriental), Media Markt, Decathlon , SportCity, Gemeente, Cinema.

Amsterdam Central Station (2 stops by metro or 15 minutes by bike).

The room/studio has:
.- 16m2 (12m2 room and 4m2 warehouse), includes 1 double bed (brand new sheets), desk with chair and wardrobe.
.- a 22 m2 living room, with a sofa, table, 2 small tables and a refrigerator.
.- A 10 m2 balcony with 2 chairs.
 
In total there are 49m2 for private use (the apartment is 100 m2)

You will share: the kitchen and the bathroom (with washing machine) with two roommates.

The apartment has a storage room on the ground floor, which can fit two bicycles (one of which is mine) and some small things.

Important to know:
- Rent: €1,400 per person (incl.: internet, water, gas, electricity)
- Deposit: €1,400
- Location: Amsterdam Noord (Loenermark, 1025 SV)
- Registration (in Gemeente)
- I am looking for someone long term (minimum 6 months)

We are looking for someone who does not smoke, likes tranquility and wants to have an independent life.
