About the place

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a female roommate from 25 August until the end of February 2027. The start date is fixed, and the room will be available for move-in from 25 August.

Professionals and students are both welcome. You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. Single occupancy only — no couples.

💰 Costs
• Rent: €1,295/month
• Utilities: €165/month
• Deposit: €1,300 (refundable after key return and apartment inspection)
• Household supplies: shared cost for cleaning materials and common items (approximately €25/week)

Rent will be prorated based on the number of days stayed.

Minimum stay: 5 months (extension may be possible). Shorter stays can also be considered for a slight premium.

📝 Contract & Payment
A contract will be drafted. Upon signing, a partial upfront deposit of €400 is required to secure the room. The remaining deposit balance and first month’s rent are due on the move-in day.

Municipal registration is possible for an additional fee to cover municipal taxes.
