Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a female roommate from now until the end of October. The room is available for immediate move-in.

Professionals and students are both welcome. You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. Single occupancy only — no couples.

💰 Costs
• Rent: €1,175/month
• Utilities: €160/month
• Deposit: €1,200 (refundable after key return and apartment inspection)
• Household supplies: shared cost for cleaning materials and common items (approximately €30/week)

Rent will be prorated based on the number of days stayed.

Minimum stay: 5 months (extension may be possible).
Shorter stays can also be considered for a slight premium.

📝 Registration
Municipal registration is possible for an additional fee to cover municipal taxes.
