Tenant will share the apartment with me so prefer a Female roommate. PRICE Price is approximately EUR1150 per month including internet. Utilities is EUR150 per month. Shared household items and cleaning fee of communal area is EUR30 per month. In addition, there will be a Security Deposit of EUR1000, which is refundable once key is return. LOCATION Apartment and room are furnished. Very clean. Superb location, next to Metro station (51,53 and 54). 10min ride to central station. Quite residential area. Near Amstel river with Amstel view. As a guest, you will have access to kitchen utensils dedicated for you. Thank you.
