About the place

Renovated apartment with 3.5 rooms, featuring an open-plan kitchen and living room. Bathroom with a separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop and dishwasher. South-facing balcony. No neighbours above.


Excellent connections: Ring A10 motorway within 5 minutes, metro and bus stop only a 5-minute walk away, and Amstel Station is 20–25 minutes by bike.


Important: Two young, friendly cats also live in the apartment, so it's important that you like animals and enjoy living with cats.


Shared living: I'm looking for a calm and considerate housemate (preferably aged 30–45) who appreciates a clean, respectful and relaxed home. I enjoy a peaceful atmosphere without much chaos. I'm always happy to have a chat or share a cup of coffee, while also respecting each other's privacy. I work from home 1–2 days a week.
