About the place

Room in a very quiet and green neighborhood.
I live alone with my cat and look for a roommate from September to July.
I prefer non-smokers.
The price includes the use of water and Internet. We will divide electricity consumption on a monthly basis. I have no gas at home, the heating works with electricity.
