This location has four EXCLUSIVE, very luxurious rooms in one of the most expensive areas of Amsterdam, which I am renting to highly educated people, mainly expats, working at companies like Tom Tom, Deloitte, Expedia, Liberty Global, Richemont, Polo Ralph Lauren, Colgate, etc.

The single bedroom in this advertisement comes available as per direct! 
My apartment is situated:
* In a very quiet building.
* Near the fantastic Vondelpark (just on a five minute's walk) 
* Close to the City Center (just on a 20 minute's walk)
* On an approximately five minute's drive by car from the city ring (A10)

The room offers you:
* A wooden floor. 
* A desk with a chair.

* An Auping double bed. 

You will have your own kitchen cupboard & gear (dishes, glasses, etc.)!

You will be sharing:
* the shower with a toilet, 
* the kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and a drying/ washing machine.
* a balcony facing the south.
