About the place

Non-smokers only.

We are 4 people,in our mid 20's / early 30's, working in the service industry looking for a new female flatmate. The room comes with a registration, is 15m² and is on the 2nd floor of our 2 floor flat. You would share a toilet and shower with 2 other people who also live on the 2nd floor. Our kitchen and the living room are on the 1st floor.

The room comes furnished, however you can throw away whatever you don't want and buy your own stuff. 
We also have a small 'garage' to place a bicycle into.


I am not the landlord, just a tenant myself, but I am in contact with them. We would like to have a viewing to get to know people first and then we will get you into contact with the landlord since they live further away.
