The apartment features a spacious living room, three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a south-facing balcony overlooking both the front and back of the building. There is also a private storage room in the basement.

The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of tram 17 (with direct connections to Amsterdam Central Station and Amsterdam Lelylaan/Schiphol), metro and train stations, as well as Osdorpplein Shopping Centre. Supermarkets, cafés, and many other shops are just around the corner. Sloterplas is only a short walk away, making it a great place for walking, jogging, or relaxing outdoors.

* Large room: €850 per month
* Small room: €450 per month

Availability:

* Move-in: from 15 July 2026
* Rental period: negotiable
