The apartment features a spacious living room, three large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a south-facing balcony with views at both the front and rear. A private storage room is also available in the basement.

The building is conveniently located within walking distance of tram 17 (direct to Central Station and Lelylaan/Schiphol), metro, train stations, and a shopping mall. Supermarkets and the many shops at Osdorpplein are nearby, and the beautiful Sloterplas is right behind the area—perfect for walks or relaxing outdoors.

House viewings are available on weekends.

I prefer girls as tenants.
