About the place

1 room for rent temporary. Unfirnished.

Read carefully:
- on the floors below we live ourselves. We are a family of five - a baby (0) and two other children of 3 and 5 years old. This means you live in the attic of a family- house. With your own entrance/door of course. This also means no parties, etc.
- From september 2026 the house will be fully renovated and the rental period will be discontinued.
- your housemate is a very friendly Dutch art student.  
- the room doesnt have Central Heating but a small electric heater that warms the room nicely.
- Some construction work will already take place this spring/summer. But not in your room.
