How to proceed?
If you meet the profile above, please send me a message including:
•	Your rental period (month-to-month)

I will invite suitable candidates for viewings. After the viewings, I will offer the room to a suitable candidate. If the rental agreement is not finalized within a time frame, the offer passes to the next suitable candidate. After the agreement is signed, you will pay the monthly rent in advance.
