About the place

I’m subletting my fully furnished room for 1 month for now, possibly 2 while I’m in Portugal. The room is located at Kraaiennest 5, right next to the metro station, with supermarkets, shops, and other amenities just downstairs.

Rent: €900/month, including internet, electricity, water, heating, and all utilities.

The apartment has a warm, cozy, slightly hippy vibe with lots of plants and shared spaces, including a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom, and your own private toilet. The building also offers a community garden and secure indoor parking for bikes and cars. You’re also welcome to borrow my bike during your stay.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with one friendly, respectful woman and her two sweet cats, Mimi and Mitchou. The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, open-minded, and independent, with no pressure to socialize.
