About the place

Steps from Leidseplein, includes everything you can need. Room is not big but very comfortable. You have: bed sheets,  towels,  fridge, tv screen with connection to your device, balcony, lots of storage, fan, water cooker, a/c and a couch/bed  of 160 cm wide.
There are 2 more rooms in the apartment.  You are allowed to smoke in your room. Besides your private room, rest of the apartment is shared.
Registration is possible. 
Rent is for 1 month minimum.
You can use fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher , washing mashine and dryier, iron.  I am providing all cleaning products like : washingpouder, dishwasher tablets, sponges and toilet  paper. 
Looking only for vaccinated and studying or working guest. Who have no allergy for my pets. 
Visiters are not allowed, only if agreed on.
