Oud-West, Jordaan, de Pijp, city center all reachable in just a few minutes by bike. Dam square is 9 min,  Roeterseilandcampus (University of Amsterdam) is 15 min by bike or tram.  Trams 19 and 13 stop nearby.

Bathroom and kitchen are shared with other tenants.  Common rooms (bathroom, kitchen, hallway) are cleaned 3 times a week. The room has its own sink and fridge. 

Room is fully furnished. Rent includes WiFi, utilities, municipal taxes, use of laundry room, tri-weekly cleaning of common areas.
