About the place

The listed one is a room in a nice detached house in the fantastic Noord. 

House is newly built (2017) and is equipped with all appliances and features floor heating. 

House size is 75 sqm and features three floors overall, another bedroom and a large living room with windows overlooking the park. 

Outside the house is pedestrian, beyond pavement is a shared garden where neighbours can plant their own plants.

The ground floor entrance is a 17 squared meters room that can be used as office and/or technical room (additional furniture can be put in there, if needed - i.e. storage space increase can be agreed). 

Room is for one person only, registration is possible and expected.

To schedule a viewing, please send a message with a short description of yourself and your occupation status. Preference will be given to workers. 

Important notation:

Expectation is that the candidate: 

1.
has house sharing experience and some specific interest in living in Noord neighbourhood. Both metro and ferries to Amsterdam south are 10' away by bike.
 
2.
typically doesn't get up before 07.30/08.00 as part of his/her usual routine and pays attention to being silent consistently in the 00.00-08.00 timeframe. 

Other than just being  an ideal candidate feature, the aforementioned is rather essential for the house sharing to be a success.
