About the place

The listed one is an 8 sqm room in a nice detached house overlooking a park, and it's close to Noorderpark. 

Blue line metro is a few mins away by 🚲. 
Neighbourhood is very residential, street pedestrian. 
House size is 80 sqm and features a large living room with big windows. 
The entrance can be used as office and as technical room (additional closets can be put). 

Room is for one person only, registration is possible (and expected!).

Preference will be given to workers. 

This room is for really you if: 

a. you already know what living in this (nice) landslide entails, and you like it; 
b. you do't need a lot of space in the room where you are going to sleep (i.e. storage space and other dwelling aspects can be agreed, while room size cannot). If ever, we could discuss about swapping rooms, but that's rather remote as an option to explore.
c. you are a socially low-manteinance yet friendly house sharer; 

d. you typically don't get up before 07.30/08.00 as your usual routine
e. you know how to be a ninja when on the bedrooms floor, especially in the 00.00-08.00 timeframe. 
The last is the baseline requirement, rather than an ideal candidate feature. It's essential for the house sharing to be a success.
