About the place

Hi all ☀️, my previous roommate moved out and I'm looking for a new long term roommate starting from July/August to register with me! Rent is 1150 (incl utilities) €

The room is 11m2 in a beautiful 90m2 apartment. 
(Room is not furnished)

You need to earn ~X2,5 (brutto) the rent amount and have a work contract (3 months minimum) 

I'm looking for a fellow woman (age 24-35y) who is serious, calm, responsible and CLEAN :) 

No smoking, no parties, no student

The apartment is in Koningin Wilhelminaplein, close to the Rembrandt and Vondelpark.
