About the place

The flat is located in Amsterdam Zuid-oost, 5 minute bike ride away from the Bijlmer Arena train station and all kinds of stores and services you would need.

The room is available from July 1st. You can register there and stay for an indefinite period. The bathroom and kitchen is shared. There is also a balcony. There are 3 other girls in their 20s living there.

The room itself is around 10 square meters, it is furnished with a 2 person loft bed and a big shelf, everything else in pictures are possessions of the previous tenant.

The monthly price is 550 for rent and around 70 euros for utilities like electricity gas and water.
