I am subletting my room in a 3-bedroom apartment from 2/7-31/8
- You will share the common area and the kitchen, bathroom with 2 other female tenants.  We are easy-going and are looking for a clean, non-smoking, respectful female housemate.
- The room is 14m2, already has a bed, desk, wardrobe and a electricity fan you can also use
- Fully equipped kitchen
- The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the metro station. From the station, it’ll be 15 mins to Roeterseiland campus, 23 mins to Centraal Station. 
- The rent fee is 830e/month excl other utilities
