About the place

I'm immediately looking for a sub-tenant to sublet my room on Kinkerstraat. It's one bedroom in a 2B1B apartment located in a central location. You'll be sharing the apartment with another lovely roommate (f) for a month and a half while I'm gone. The room comes with everything - furniture, balcony, kitchen supplies, etc. Big windows and south + north facing gives the apartment endless natural lights in the summer season.

The central location gives easy access to shops including HEMA, Albert Heijn, Dirk, Etos, and Holland & Barret. 5 mins walk to Jan Pieter Heijestraat for cafes and restaurants, 10 mins walk to Vondelpark. Tram 7, 17, 1 stops are just right downstairs.
