Room available (3rd floor, 8 m2) Shared apartment with currently  1 female Polish and 1 female US (former) student living there. Room for 1  (PhD) students (campus contract), rooms around 8m2, total surface 69m2.  All costs included (water, gas, electricity and internet). Large and light common kitchen and living room. NB: Proof of enrolment needed!

Lovely & bright apartment is located in Amsterdam Bos en Lommer, near Westerpark & Erasmuspark. The location is ideal; it is close-by to the city centre and it is fairly quiet around here. In the direct neighborhood you'll find many great bars and restaurants. 
Overall my spacious spacious apartment is located on the 3rd floor with private balcony (directed to he South, 5m2), with 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The other bedroom is on the 4th floor. The place does have a well equipped kitchen with cozy dining table for meals. The master bedroom is on the 4th floor, connected through internal stairs. There you can find the washing machine and dryer as well (this room is already taken)
You have access to the whole house with fully equiped kitchen (including micorwave) , bedroom, bathroom and living room. You do not have to share this apartment with the landlord.
