About the place

Hi folks, my flatmate is moving out so I need to someone to take his place. 

The room being vacated is the super large one in the floor plan (and the pics). It has multiple closets and large windows looking onto the park, with plenty of morning sun. 

The place is quite roomy, and has a large bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and bath, and an additional small WC with a toilet and sink.

There is a large living room/dining room, and decent sized kitchen-apartment is also fully furnished. 

Registration is possible-you would be replacing my flatmate on the contract we have with the landlord. Landlord has already given approval for this.

The rent for the room itself is indeed steep (1610) but also includes a 100eur advance to the landlord for gas heating. Power/water/internet is 79 per month (per person). 

Ideally looking for someone easy going and relaxed, who'd prefer a board game sesh over a party. Bonus points if you lift as well (there's an Anytime Fitness three mins walk from the place). 

I'm a New Zealander who has been living and working in NL for 7 years. Spending most of my time lifting, reading, hosting board game sessions, and the occasional hiking/diving trips abroad.
