As a 33 yo full-time working Dutch professional (F), I'm looking for a respectful, tidy, and mature housemate to share my spacious, bright 2-bedroom apartment!

Neighborhood:
A bright 2-bedroom apartment located on Zeeburgereiland. This is a cozy neighborhood with many young families. Because we respect each other and the peace of the neighborhood, house parties are therefore not welcome. Zeeburgereiland has a good connection to Central Station (7 minutes by tram or 25 minutes by bike).

Housemate: 
I'm a relaxed, introverted Dutch professional (F) who enjoys meeting people from diverse backgrounds. I work full-time, including 3 days per week from home. I moved to Amsterdam 4 years ago and value an active, healthy lifestyle and creating a respectful and harmonious living environment.

Apartment:
The bedroom is bright, cozy, and comfortable with external storage space. We have a spacious living room, modern kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a generous balcony. The bedroom includes: a 1.4m bedframe with storage drawers, mattress, wardrobe, bookshelf, mirror, chair, and desk.

Details: 
The rent is €1,050 excluding utilities. The deposit is €2k. We will split monthly expenses equally, ensuring a fair and budget-friendly arrangement for both of us. The room is temporarily available for 5 months: from Februari 1st 2025 till August 1st 2026. We can discuss further details to meet your needs.
