A room of 11 m² will become available around mid-September in a brand-new 71 m² apartment, located right next to the lively and cozy Waterlandplein.

The room has recently been painted and features a neat PVC floor. It also comes with blinds and plenty of natural light.

Your future housemate is a 30-year-old man.

The apartment has a shared living room, modern kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet. There is also a bicycle storage area downstairs. There is a bus stop right in front of the building, with approximately a 10-minute journey to the train station. Behind the building, there is a shopping center with around 40 stores, including Aldi, Albert Heijn, and Action.

I am looking for a tidy, non-smoking female student or expat with a stable and verifiable income, who does not drink excessively.
