About the place

As of May 1st, a bright room of 11 m² will become available in a brand-new apartment, located right next to the lively Waterlandplein.

The room has been recently painted and features a neat PVC floor. It also includes blinds and plenty of natural light.

Your future housemate is a 30-year-old male.

The apartment offers a shared living room, modern kitchen, bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is also a bicycle storage area downstairs. A bus stop is located right in front of the building (±10 minutes to the station), and behind the building you’ll find a shopping center with around 40 stores, including Aldi, Albert Heijn, and Action.

I am looking for a tidy, non-smoking female student or expat with a stable and verifiable income, who does not engage in excessive alcohol consumption.
