The house is being rented legally and officially, hence you will be able to register yourself in the municipality of Amsterdam.  
The basic rent is 620 EUR, and the services include weekly cleaning and gardening services, high speed Internet, gas, water, electricity, city taxes, electrical equipment (including washing machine) and furniture. One month leaving notification. 
You will share the house with 4 additional people. The kitchen, 2 toilets, bathroom, garden and the storage are being shared by all tenants. 
The location is great. You will find supermarkets, shops, public transport, cinemas, restaurants, parks and lakes in the close vicinity. It is located merely 10 min biking from the AMC or the Arena boulevard. With the metro you can arrive in 15 min to the center of Amsterdam, e.g. to Waterlooplein.
