About the place

A fully self-contained, furnished studio on the ground floor of a family home in Amsterdam-Noord. You get your own kitchen, your own bathroom with washing machine, and your own toilet. The space is separated from the rest of the house and has its own key, so you can come and go as you please. The studio is fully furnished and ready to move into.

The Juttepeerpad is a 10-minute bike ride from Noorderpark metro station. Nearby you'll find a Plus supermarket, with an Albert Heijn and a Lidl a little further out. The NDSM ferry is 5 minutes away by bike.

I live in the rest of the house myself, together with my 5-year-old daughter and our cat.

The rental is on a campus contract, so proof of enrolment at an educational institution is required.

Good to know: I'm occasionally looking for a babysitter for my daughter, paid. If that appeals to you, it's a big plus!
