About the place

I own a 200 m2 apartment spread over three floors near Vondel park in the  oud-zuid district of Amsterdam.

 You will be sleeping in a  30m2 bedroom. The bedroom comes with a sofa and double bed.  Your bedroom has it's own balcony. 

There is shared use of a bathroom with separate bath and shower, toilets on each floor and beautiful kitchen. There is also an 80 m2 roof terrace for you to use. 

There is a washing machine, dryer and fast internet connection

There is currently one male (me) and one female tenant

I am  looking for a non-smoker, house-trained, respectful, and clean female flat mate. 

Just 1 person, not more than that
