About the place

Hi!

I’m looking for two new housemates to share my home in Amsterdam. Initially it would be temporary, but if it turns out to be a great match, it could of course become long-term. Ideally, I’m looking for creative people: musicians, artists, makers, dancers. People who long to live in a home where there is space for music, inspiration, and individuality.

I’ve lived here for over ten years. A friend of mine is moving out, so I’m excited to bring some new energy into the house. The idea is to share the place with three people in total.

Everyone has their own bedroom, including one living room that will be converted into a bedroom for one of the tenants. 

🎹 Making music at home is a plus
There is singing, producing, and rehearsing — always at reasonable hours.
Not after 10:00 PM and not before 9:00 AM.
Everything else is open for discussion.
🧼 Important:
• The house stays clean and tidy at all times
• No unexpected parties
• Respect for each other’s space
• Clear agreements = relaxed shared living
🌿 The vibe
You have your own space, but there’s always room to connect spontaneously.
A place where we can inspire each other, help each other with projects, make music — or simply live together in a relaxed way. Nothing is forced.
I truly believe in a home where clarity and creativity coexist.
