there is one bedroom available in 3-bedroom newly furnished apartment from 15 Dec 2025. It is near to Lelylaan train/metro station (walking for 8 mins) ; walking in 3 minutes to shopping centre Sierplein, where you can find supermarkets(Dirk and AH,etc) and lots of other shops. 
Wifi (100MB) is available in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with applicants (oven, microwave, fridge, etc). There are plates, bowels, cups and other kitchen wares available. 
There are only one bedroom available, it has desk, dressing closet, single bed, book shelf, etc. The rent is 970 euro (13.5M2) excluding utilities (g/e/w) and internet. It is connected with balcony. It is estimated additional cost ( g/e/w and internet, CV ketel maintenance cost) is 150 euro per month per person. The apartment will be cleaned every 2 weeks, cleaning cost has already been included in the rental. Registration is of course possible. You need to pay municipal tax yourself. Deposit will be one month rental. 
Living room, Kitchen and bathroom and toilet are all shared. The living room is big, more than 16M2, equipped with TV and sofa etc, and dining area with a big dining table. Toilet and bathroom are separated.  
There is an additional storage place about 4.5M2 downstairs and more than 20 M2 upstairs, where you can put your stuff. 
Currently, there are 2 boys living it. 
Prefer to rent to working people, and only to a boy (as current tenants are boys) needs to be clean and tidy person, could take good care of the apartment. 
there will be rental contract to sign (in English).
