Hey! I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a ~70m² apartment in Amstelkwartier with a beautiful waterfront view, ideally located between Spaklerweg and Overamstel stations.

🛏️ The room: 14–15m², unfurnished, but furniture can be taken over from the previous tenant.
💰 Rent: €1200/month excl (water, energy, internet cost ~100 eur/person)
Please note: There is an income requirement (4x rent) for the apartment.
⏳ 1-year mandatory stay after which indefinite rental period with 1-month notice period
🔒 Deposit: 1 month
📦 Available: August or September
📝 Registration is possible!


👤 You: A working professional who is chill, social, respectful, and clean. I’d appreciate someone who’s happy to help keep the apartment tidy with a small cleaning routine every 1–2 weeks.
