About the place

Only workers, late 20s, early 30s, no pets. 

I am renting a 2-bedroom apartment by myself and would like to share the rent. The place is unfurnished, I will furnish the main room but not the 2nd bedroom.

It's possible to register and I need to check whether a sublet agreement is possible (my preferred choice), co-tenancy is instead definitely allowed.
