About the place

Beautiful cosy room facing south with a lovely view, featuring a sunny south-facing balcony. It's a very modern recently renovated house with high-speed fiber-optic internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials and plenty of storage space in the kitchen cabinets, and there is a lovely dining room to enjoy your meals. At the moment I'm looking for a female foreign student who likes her privacy, is responsible and clean. References abundantly available and most importantly registration is possible
